Vassil is Full Professor of Future of Work and Deputy Director of the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (IPS-BAS), and Visiting Professor at Sciences Po in France. He is also an Associate Researcher at the European Trade Union Institute (ETUI) in Brussels. Vassil’s research interests are in the sociology of work and organisations, employment relations and digitalisation. He has been a researcher in large EU-funded research projects and has worked as an external expert for the European Commission, the ILO, EUROFOUND, and the Bulgarian government.
