Leiden, Netherlands, 23 September 2026 – SkiLMeeT researcher Mina Kostova (IPS-BAS) presented our research at the joint IREC and IWPLMS international conference, “Confronting Inequality: How can trends towards inequality in the labour market be counteracted, and what role can actors and institutions play?” held on 16–18 September 2026 at the Fafo Institute for Labour and Social Research in Oslo.
The presentation, “Nurses’ experiences in the context of staff shortages in Europe: problematic quality of work and a fragmented voice”, was co-authored with Vassil Kirov (IPS-BAS).
The conference brought together more than 100 researchers and experts to discuss labour market inequalities and the role of institutions and social actors in addressing them.
